Mrs. Britney Womack joined Northpoint in December 2022 as an Associate Manager for Northpoint’s Raleigh, NC office. She has lived in the Raleigh area since 2006 and has extensive knowledge of the Raleigh/Durham market. With experience in managing both single-family and multi-family housing, she has become familiar with the many aspectsof property management. Mrs. Womack recognizes and values the importance of building a relationship with her clients and strives daily to exceed their expectations.

Prior to Northpoint, Mrs. Womack served as a Property Manager/Broker for Acorn + Oak Property Management as well as a Property Manager for Cottonwood Residential. She has 9+ years of property management and leasing experience. Britney is a licensed REALTOR® as well as a member of the Durham Regional Association of REALTORS®.

Mrs. Womack attended East Carolina University and holds a North Carolina Real Estate License.
