Leadership

Mr. Benjamin Hales is the Regional Agent Manager for Northpoint overseeing operations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Mr. Hales joined Northpoint in April of 2022 as a Senior Manager. He has extensive real estate sales knowledge and his customer service skills are second to none.

Prior to Northpoint, Mr. Hales was a Real Estate Broker with Redeemed Realty in Dallas. Mr. Hales is a military veteran and served with the United States Navy.

Mr. Hales holds a BBA from Langston University.
