Mr. David Martinez is the Vice President of Leasing for Northpoint. He joined Northpoint as an Associate Manager in February 2022. Mr. Martinez has enjoyed a successful career in real estate that spans over 17 years. He has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005. He believes in building a successful real estate business through strategic marketing, utilizing the latest technologies. Throughout Mr. Martinez's career, he has been dedicated to providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with his clients. His strong communication skills and attention to detail ensure that every transaction runs smoothly and efficiently. Mr. Martinez is Bilingual in Spanish.

Prior to Northpoint, Mr. Martinez worked as a real estate agent with Battle Borne Realty and Easy Street Realty. From 1997 to 2009, he served as a Director for a national telecommunications company, where he developed fraud-prevention guidelines; how to enforce them and service client complaints.

Mr. Martinez holds a Real Estate Broker License in the State of Nevada.
