Mr. Steve Basurto serves as a Senior Manager for Northpoint’s San Diego market. He oversees sales andmanagement for a portfolio consisting of both retail and commercial assets. Steve has experience in the propertymanagement industry serving residential and commercial markets. His skill set can accommodate all thedetails and the bigger picture of management.

Before working at Northpoint, Mr. Basurto was the Managing Director of Real Estate for the Truax Group. Previously, he was an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield and a leasing agent at Colliers.

Mr. Basurto holds a B.S. degree from the Southern Illinois University and holds a California Real Estate License.
