Mrs. Suzanne Monaghan joined Northpoint as an Associate Manager in 2016 and was promoted in 2017 to Senior Manager for the Northpoint Charlotte, North Carolina market. She was promoted to a Regional Business Development Manager in September 2022. Mrs. Monaghan is an outgoing real estate professional with excellent communication, organizational and sales skills. She maintains a strong work ethic and is very proficient in building and maintaining satisfied client relationships.

Ms. Suzanne Monaghan holds over 22 years real estate sales, marketing and management experience.

Ms. Monaghan is a graduate of South Ridge College in Essex, England; Earned a Florida Brokers License at the Gold Coast School of Real Estate, Fort Lauderdale, FL and holds a North Carolina Real Estate Brokers License.
