Adam Haleck is the Chief Executive Officer of Northpoint Asset Management.  Mr. Haleck helped found Northpoint in 2006.   In 2014, he was named President and CFO. In December 2023, Mr. Haleck was promoted to Chief Executive Officer.  As CEO, Mr. Haleck leads the executive committee, which oversees all functional areas of the company.  Mr. Haleck is responsible for executing on Northpoint’s vision to create the best experiences and outcomes for both tenants and landlords while elevating industry standards for property management nationwide.

Mr. Haleck Co-Founded Northpoint in 2006. He has been instrumental in Northpoint’s national expansion during his nearly two decades with the company, including the more recent development of institutional-grade service offerings. Previous to Northpoint, Mr. Haleck was a Manager with the global consulting firm Accenture, where he led teams in developing data architecture to improve reporting capabilities across multiple business functions. His clients included Fortune500 multinational companies in the consumer goods, technology, financial services industries.

Mr. Haleck holds a dual degree in Finance & Information Systems from Brigham Young University (BYU).
