Our services are provided by highly educated licensed professionals with extensive experience in real estate investments and property management, as well as the related fields of tax and accounting.
Our tax and accounting backgrounds have taught us that it’s all about the details, down to the penny. Many property management companies overlook the little details, or ignore what they perceive as burdensome rules and regulations. That’s not our style. These kinds of oversights can, and often do, lead to increased expense and liability for property owners. We pride ourselves on the attention we pay to details, which sets us apart.
Adam R. Haleck
CEO
Adam Haleck is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Northpoint Asset Management, a national real estate platform managing thousands of residences across the United States. His career has focused on transforming property management from a fragmented service into a scalable, data-driven platform built on systems, culture, and performance.
As CEO, Adam leads Northpoint’s executive committee and executes the company’s vision to create exceptional experiences and outcomes for both clients and residents. Over nearly two decades, he has guided Northpoint’s growth from a regional startup into a nationally recognized operator with institutional-grade capabilities trusted by private investors and large-scale partners.
Previously, Adam spent more than six years at Accenture, a global tier-one technology consulting firm, where he led cross-functional teams that developed data and performance systems for Fortune 500 clients. That experience shaped his belief that clarity, analytics, and disciplined execution drive lasting growth.
Adam is passionate about scaling organizations that pair innovation with operational rigor—empowering teams to act boldly and deliver durable results.
He enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and traveling with his wife and three children.
Experience
Mr. Haleck Co-Founded Northpoint in 2006. He has been instrumental in Northpoint’s national expansion during his nearly two decades with the company, including the more recent development of institutional-grade service offerings. Previous to Northpoint, Mr. Haleck was a Manager with the global consulting firm Accenture, where he led teams in developing data architecture to improve reporting capabilities across multiple business functions. His clients included Fortune500 multinational companies in the consumer goods, technology, financial services industries.
Education
Mr. Haleck holds a dual degree in Finance & Information Systems from Brigham Young University (BYU).

Dan French
Chief Operating Officer
Dan French brings more than two decades of leadership experience in real estate operations, investments, and property management to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Northpoint. He oversees all core operational functions, including process optimization, technology integration, team development, and portfolio performance. Dan’s focus is on building a scalable, data-driven operational platform that supports Northpoint’s long-term growth and delivers superior service to clients and residents.
Prior to joining Northpoint, Dan played a key role in scaling multifamily and single-family rental platforms across Texas and Florida, contributing to organizations that collectively managed and transacted over $2 billion in assets. His background includes leading cross-functional teams, improving operational efficiency, enhancing resident experience, and supporting strategic capital initiatives.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Binghamton University and a Master of Public Administration from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy at the University at Albany. He is based in Austin, Texas, where he lives with his wife and four children.
At Northpoint, Dan is committed to creating an operational culture centered on accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and a people-first mindset. He believes that strong operations are the foundation of superior performance, and he is passionate about empowering teams to deliver exceptional results. Outside of work, Dan enjoys mentoring emerging professionals, engaging with the local community, and exploring opportunities to innovate within the real estate industry.
Steven Rea
Chief Innovation Officer
As Chief Innovation Officer at Northpoint Asset Management, Steven Rea leads the company’s mission to modernize residential property management by aligning technology, process, and people around a common goal—operational excellence.
With nearly two decades of hands-on experience in multifamily and single-family operations, Steven brings a rare balance of practical field knowledge and forward-thinking design. He believes innovation is not about chasing the newest technology or the proptech provider of the moment—it’s about being intentional with the tools we select, deploying them well, and ensuring every teammate is equipped, trained, and supported to succeed.
Steven’s approach centers on continuous evaluation: measuring whether each decision delivers the value it was meant to create, and when it doesn’t, having the discipline and flexibility to adjust course quickly. He views technology—including AI—as a means, not an end: a set of instruments that, in the right hands, amplify human capability and improve how teams perform their work day to day.
At Northpoint, Steven’s leadership ensures that innovation remains grounded in purpose—building systems and habits that make the company, its teammates, and its residents stronger over time.
JD Griffin
Corporate Controller
J.D. Griffin is the Corporate Controller at Northpoint Asset Management, where he directs accounting and financial reporting functions supporting the company’s national real estate platform. He brings extensive experience in financial leadership within the single-family rental property management industry and a strong foundation in public accounting, having begun his career with the Big Four firm PwC.
A detail-oriented CPA, J.D. brings a blend of experience and a mindset that challenges convention, continually seeking more efficient and automated approaches. His work supports clarity, accountability, and sustainable growth across Northpoint’s operations.
Outside of work, J.D. is married with children, an active Christian, and a lifelong Atlanta Braves fan. He enjoys history and traveling with his wife and children.
David Sehar
Director Property Management
David serves as the Director of Property Management at Northpoint, leading teams, systems, and performance across multiple markets. Over his 17-year career, he has worked in nearly every operational function of property management and has held leadership roles at Home River Group, Evernest, and REI Nation. His experience gives him a grounded, practical understanding of what effective property management looks like day-to-day. He is also currently a Principal Broker in the state of Tennessee.
David is passionate about building healthy, accountable cultures and developing leaders who take pride in their craft and care for the residents and owners they serve.
He lives in Memphis, Tennessee, with his wife and four daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys playing drums and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Paul Borekjian
Director of Maintenance
Paul Borekjian serves as Northpoint’s Director of Maintenance, leading national maintenance operations across thousands of single-family rental homes. With deep experience in multifamily housing and expertise in the growing coliving sector, Paul has spent his career building high-performing teams and systems from the ground up, transforming maintenance from a cost center into a value-driven, revenue-generating function.
Before joining Northpoint, Paul held senior leadership roles in fast-paced startup environments, where he developed scalable maintenance programs, vendor networks, and preventive systems across multiple U.S. markets. Having worked at every level of maintenance, from hands-on technician to department head, he brings both field perspective and strategic vision to his role.
Paul holds OSHA safety certification and continues to advance his professional education in operations management and real estate systems. Outside of work, he’s a proud Armenian-American, a real estate investor in New England, and a lifelong learner with a passion for hot yoga and the Oud (a Middle Eastern fretless string instrument). Most importantly, he’s a devoted husband to a PeopleOps extraordinaire and filmmaker, a proud girl dad, a man of faith, and someone who loves a good laugh.
Candice Kinard
Director of Customer Success
As Director of Client Success at Northpoint Asset Management, Candice provides strategic leadership across multiple departments, guiding operations throughout the company’s Eastern Regions. With more than nine years of experience in property management and operations, she oversees the day-to-day management of homes representing thousands of investor accounts. Candice is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences through efficient processes, high-performing teams, and a genuine, people-first approach to service.
Working in client services across the country, Candice focuses on investor satisfaction, account retention, and companywide operational excellence. Formerly in business development but an operator at heart, she is skilled at identifying new opportunities for improvement and innovation that enhance both client experience and internal performance.
As Managing Broker for the Kansas and Missouri sales teams, Candice leads a talented group of licensed agents while managing all licensing, audit activities, and office operations.
Recognized through numerous Northpoint Awards for profitability and leadership, Candice is valued for her teamwork, accountability, and human-centered leadership style. She brings authenticity and care to every interaction, ensuring both clients and colleagues feel supported and valued. Outside of work, Candice enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, decorating, and watching over her lively flock of chickens.
Experience
Prior to her promotion as Executive Vice PResident of Business Development and Recruiting in December of 2023, Mrs. Kinard was VP of Business Development, and continues to serve as a Broker and Regional Director since 2020, Mrs. Kinard previously served as a Regional Manger, and Senior Manager for Northpoint since 2018. Previously, Mrs. Kinard ran her own business for over a decade and was a Realtor at Bring to Light Realty.
Education
Mrs. Kinard Studied at Missouri State University holds a Real Estate Broker's license in the States of Missouri and Kansas.

Audley Humes
Director of Centralization
With over 18 years of experience in real estate, Audley Humes brings a deep understanding of operations, leadership, and growth strategy to Northpoint Asset Management. After successfully owning and operating his own real estate brokerage, Audley joined Northpoint in April 2021 as an Associate Property Manager. His drive and results quickly led him to his current role as Director of Centralization.
In this position, Audley has been instrumental in transforming Northpoint’s 35 independent markets into streamlined, centralized departments. He built and now oversees a team of more than 30 offshore professionals who support leasing, marketing, call queues, and administrative efficiencies across the organization.
A forward-thinking leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, Audley is passionate about innovation, investing, and technology, particularly in the fields of crypto, blockchain, and artificial intelligence. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and pursuing new ventures that fuel his entrepreneurial drive.

In my 22 years as an entrepreneur, I’ve built three successful businesses and lost them all. Those experiences taught me the cost of arrogance, the value of humility, and the pain of betrayal. One thing that sets me apart, whether personally or professionally, is that I don’t get battle fatigued.
Amanda Lizana
Regional Manager
Amanda has been in property management for 22 years. She began as a leasing consultant in multi-family and worked her way up to Regional Property Manager, and then Director of Asset Management for Price Management Company.
Amanda then dove into the world of Single Family Property Management and was the Director of Operations for Evernest for 3 years.
She then joined the Northpoint team in December 2024 and is the Regional Manager for Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Amanda feels that people come first! Treat your teams well and they will treat your property owners and residents well!
In her free time, she enjoys staying active at the gym, hiking, shooting, and ends each evening with a fire, hot tub soak and a sunset. She has 2 adult children which are her world, as well as 3 dogs.
Jeannette O’Dell
Regional Manager
Jeannette O’Dell is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri and Kansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a strong foundation in property and asset management. Since joining Northpoint Asset Management in 2019, she has been dedicated to delivering exceptional service and high-quality results for clients across diverse portfolios.
Driven by a passion for operational excellence and client satisfaction, Jeannette combines analytical precision with a people-first approach. Her background in accounting provides a strategic edge in maximizing asset performance, while her genuine enthusiasm for real estate ensures every client feels valued and supported. Known for her upbeat professionalism and a touch of quirky humor, Jeannette brings energy, expertise, and heart to everything she does.
Outside of work, Jeannette enjoys spending time with her husband and family, snuggling with her dogs, and diving into all things spooky and true-crime related.
Justin Hart
IT Manager
I’m an experienced leader of IT with a strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure, systems integration, and operations leadership. At Northpoint Asset Management, I lead technology strategy, major system migrations, and process automation efforts across the business. I’m passionate about using technology to simplify complexity, empower teams, and drive measurable outcomes. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can align IT capabilities with business goals.
Experience
I bring 27 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology, with a strong focus on enterprise systems, infrastructure, and strategic leadership. Over the course of my career, I’ve earned several industry-recognized certifications, including ITIL Foundations, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). I’m also actively training for the CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) to further deepen my expertise in cybersecurity and risk management.

Morgan DeProfio
Regional Manager
As East Coast Regional Manager at Northpoint Asset Management, Morgan DeProfio provides strategic leadership across multiple markets, overseeing property management operations throughout Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Louisiana. With more than 13 years of experience in real estate and eight years with Northpoint, Morgan guides high-performing teams to deliver exceptional service and results for clients and investors alike.
A two-time Top Leasing Award recipient and recognized in 2023 as Northpoint’s Most Profitable Manager and Manager of the Year, Morgan is known for her commitment to operational excellence, team development, and client satisfaction. Her leadership style emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and a people-first approach that drives both performance and positive culture.
She lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband, three children, and their beloved fur babies.
