Mr. Audley Humes is the Designated Broker and Regional Director over the state of Florida. He joined Northpoint Asset Management as an Associate Manager operating in the Jacksonville Metropolitan area in May of 2021. Mr. Humes brings a wealth of real estate knowledge with over a decade of real estate and management experience and is 100% focused on the success and satisfaction of his clients. When he finds down time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Prior to Northpoint, Mr. Humes was a Broker Associate with Rebate Rentals, the Owner/Broker for Dream Homes Realty, and a property manager for Invitation Homes.
