Ms. Erika Harding joined Northpoint as an Associate Manager in March of 2018 and promoted to Senior Manager in November of 2018 for our Tucson, Arizona market. Ms. Harding has great customer service and management skills. With over 15 years of working side by side with clients, she ensures client expectations are well represented.

Prior to Northpoint, Ms. Harding worked for the Department of Economic Security overseeing and managing over 400 child support cases.

Ms. Harding holds an Arizona Real Estate License from Hogan School of Real Estate and is a Notary Public.
