Mr. Nathan Linnell is the Designated Broker for Northpoint in the State of Utah. He is also the Regional Director over Northpoint's Salt Lake City region, overseeing managers and agents who provide real estate leasing, sales, and management services to property owners. Mr. Linnell has over two decades of real estate experience and manages approximately $100 million in real estate assets in Utah.
ExperiencePrevious to Northpoint, Mr. Linnell was President of NBL Properties in Sandy, UT. Mr. Linnell has also taught Utah Real Estate Pre-Licensing courses for Stringham Real Estate School.
EducationMr. Linnell holds a Utah Real Estate Broker's License and Advanced Real Estate Certification (ACA). He is fluent in Spanish.
