Mr. Ronald Smolen is the Assistant Regional Agent Manager for Ohio. Mr. Smolen joined the Northpoint Asset Management team in June of 2021, as an Associate Property Manager and real estate sales agent at our Cleveland office in Northeast Ohio. Ron has a thorough understanding of local trends and an appreciation for assisting investors reach their business objectives. His ability to connect with people in a courteous, efficient and professional manner are amongst his strongest qualities.

Ron's formal education is in Construction Management, Environmental Consulting and Urban Finance. His construction experience includes all facets of the building trades. His Management experience ranges from single unit structures to hundred-plus apartment complexes. He is well versed in marketing, sales, finance and property renovation projects.

Mr. Smolen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Alaska.
