Ms. Wanda Villines joined Northpoint in February of 2023 as an Associate Manager servicing the greater Kansas City, Missouri market. Ms. Villines is a highly experienced manager and knowledgeable real estate agent with over 10 years of industry expertise. Her exceptional communication skills and approachable personality make her a pleasure to work with. She is committed to helping clients achieve their real estate goals and has the expertise to assist both first-time homebuyers and seasoned investor clients.

Prior to Northpoint, Ms. Villines worked as an asset manager for KC Commercial and Residential Management, and worked as a property manager for CLK Management.

Ms. Villines maintains her real estate license in both Missouri and Kansas.
