As a full-time, experienced realtor and a Sacramento native, my knowledge and awareness of the greater Sacramento area put me at an advantage when it comes to understanding the market. Furthermore, I provide one-on-one appointments and offer my clients a full walk- through of the buying and selling process. My expertise is founded upon solid relationships, trust, communication, transparency with due process, and exceptional customer experience. Therefore, my absolute number one priority is to be available to my clients for any questions or concerns; to protect their rights and interests; and to treat their currency with exceptional care. I specialize in working with first-time home buyers, sellers, and seasoned investors alike. I am transparent, informative, and love to share my knowledge with my clients. I focus on providing a positive experience, which along with my tenacity, advanced negotiation skills, perseverance, and problem-solving abilities, is the reason past clients, real estate agents, and business professionals continue to refer me to their friends, family members, and co- workers. A bit about myself: I am an avid outdoor adventurer and a wilderness enthusiast. My professional career in real estate started in 2003. After a decade of focus in property management, I went on to pursue my sales license in July 2014. I now have the ability to assist you with not only purchasing a home but also assist you with building and managing generational wealth within property management.
